Mentorship

Phone sessions are also available.

Mentorship sessions with Susan Fullmer can assist you in consciously creating the life you want. She has a solid history of coaching individuals and groups, and supporting them in their forward movement as they achieve their dreams. Throughout this process, Susan brings her unique abilities and skills to help identify and remove blocks that may have hindered goal achievement in the past. You may use this time to focus on your spiritual, personal and/or professional goals.

If you are wanting change in your life, Susan recommends that you do SOMETHING. Even if it’s just a little bit of something. As we start to take a step forward, it moves energy. This shows the Universe our intentions (by doing). Then that loving, creative force moves with us to support us in that intention. Live like you want it to look like, even if you are not 100% there. Show that you mean it when you say you want change in your life. The smallest effort can bring results. And then the momentum can build in a manageable way. We don’t have to do this alone!

Mentorship with Susan Fullmer can include a combination of any of the following:

  • Goal Achievement: Advancement in any and all dreams and goals you have for your life.

  • Communication Skills: Do you find it difficult to discover your voice? When you know what you want to say, do you struggle speaking out? When you do speak or write, do you find that you are being misunderstood? Communication is a huge umbrella; Finding our authentic voice, 5th Chakra issues (speaking truth to ourselves and others), creating an effective agenda for a meeting, writing an email that is professional and productive, better communication in relationships - and the list goes on. Susan excels in all things communication. For example, she is the sole creator and writer for this website, Intuitive Explorations with Susan Fullmer.

  • Creativity: This important and meaningful aspect of life is not limited to artists. It can be applied to all parts of our lives, no matter what we do for a living or for fun. Lean how to tap deeper into your creative self.

  • Leadership Skills: Susan has been in some form of a leadership role during most of her life. Whether it is as a charge nurse, a community leader (for example, Commissioner of Leisure Services in the city of Pittsburgh, California), or an “unofficial leader’ in many arenas of her life, she understands leadership. She has recently graduated and earned a certificate in Leadership and Human Relations from Boise State University. The paradigm shift we are experiencing effects all aspects of life, including leadership. Gone are the days of top-down, authoritative leadership styles. Learn how to match the supportive leadership energy that is flowing now. Studies have shown that these new leadership methods are far more productive on every level: Subordinate satisfaction and retention, organization productivity, and let’s not forget to add - increased leadership contentment.

  • Conflict Management: Susan is an expert at diffusing, and more importantly, preventing altercations of any kind. For example, for ten years she worked in the Mental Health Intensive Case Management (MHICM) outpatient program as a psychiatric nurse case manager for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. She managed a complex and highly acute group of Veterans with severe and persistent mental health issues. Resolving chaotic, traumatic, and even dangerous situations was something she dealt with on a nearly daily basis. During this time, she coordinated with Veterans, health care providers, VA services, community services, family members, caregivers, guardians, payees, the police department, and the judicial system. In 2019, she earned a certificate in Dispute Resolution from Boise State University.

  • Logistics: Susan excels in logistical matters such as coordination and event planning.

  • Record Management: Whether it is a junk drawer or a corporation’s filing system, Susan loves to organize (creating calm out of chaos). She can guide you in a practical reorganization of your life to help you stay clear and focused. She has recently worked for six years as a Management Assistant (including administrative and Human Resources duties) at Boise State University. Both in the physical form and in the energetic realm, getting things to flow in an efficient, balanced, and healthy manner is her forte.

This five week series can be face-to-face in Boise, Idaho, by phone, or online via Zoom. Susan Fullmer will document this process and share those notes with you to help you stay focused on your plan of achievement.

Cost - Five weekly, 50 minute sessions = $400
